Can I return my order?

Yes! At Netssy Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Items related to personal hygiene (such as jewelry, beauty, or care products) must be unopened and unused.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us clear photos of the issue as soon as possible.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage for which we are not responsible.

How to return your order

Send an email to 📧 info@netssy.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or incorrectly shipped)

  • Your full name and delivery address

After approval, we will provide you with the correct return address.
❌ Do not return the package to the sender address on the shipping label.

Important: Returns must be shipped with a tracking code. Without proof of return, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding any shipping costs) within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed, please wait until you receive it and follow the return procedure described above.

Our fulfillment center is located in Asia, which allows us to offer competitive prices and reduce waste through bulk shipments.

  • Expect a delivery time of 8–12 business days, depending on your location.

  • During busy periods or due to customs and shipping conditions, delays may occur.
